Over 25 years of coaching and competitive experience.

Licenced and approved by British Triathlon to deliver 1:1 athlete coaching.

Widely experienced in coaching age group athletes and children, with a current emphasis on Ironman and & 70.3 distance events, from novice to podium.

Fully insured.

Based in Bristol, England.

Why get a coach?

It's about the journey

As a coach and athlete I know that no one size fits all. We're all different. In fact the 50 year old version of me is very different to the 30 year old me! 

Coaching is more than just prescribing long rides on the bike and interval sessions at the pool. It's about advising on lifestyle, stress, motivation, aspirations and more.

Training for a goal should bring rewards, fulfillment and success. It should be fun, enjoyable and satisfying. 

Sometimes it's a journey best shared with support, encouragement and knowledge of an experienced coach.

Programmes

How does it work?

After a detailed conversation where we get to know each other a little better, we'll begin building your plan, based on your goals.
Training is bespoke to you, tailored to your fitness, experience, available training time and aspirations.
A detailed programme is then posted to your included Training Peaks account. Every 2 weeks we discuss how the training is progressing. Then we agree developments,  looking to grow and improve your performance, so it's the best version of you when race day arrives!

Structure

Athlete Package

  • Initial Consultation - free of charge.

  • Detailed follow up planning consultation.

  • Premium Training Peaks account included.

  • Programme delivery - every 14 days.

  • 1 to 1 phone or video conferencing every 2 weeks (30 min time slot).

  • Email contact - unlimited.

  • Two payment options:

  • Casual: Monthly subscription GBP £75 per month- with option to walk away w/o obligation at any time.

  • Subscriber: 6 months commitment  in advance - GBP £360 (equivalent to £60 per month).
